How do I place an order?
To place an order, please follow these steps:

Finish adding items to your cart. 2. Choose your checkout method: You can either use our standard website checkout or pay via PayPal.

If you wish to proceed through our website, click the green "Check Out" button on the right side of the screen.

If you prefer to use PayPal, click the PayPal button.

You will be redirected to our Customer Information page, where you will be prompted to enter your:

Applying a discount: If you have a valid discount code, enter it into the "Discount" field on the right side of the screen. Make sure to click "Apply" so your discount is calculated and subtracted from your total.

Click "Continue to shipping method." Please double-check that your shipping address is correct (especially if it differs from your billing address). Once confirmed, click "Continue to payment method."

Enter your payment details. If applicable, you can check the box indicating that your shipping and billing addresses are the same.

Review your information and click "Complete order." You will be taken to a confirmation screen displaying your order summary. You will also receive an immediate order confirmation on-screen, followed by a second confirmation via email.

What happens if items are missing or incorrect when my order arrives?
If you receive an incorrect order or notice missing items, please contact us immediately at service@wircare.com. Please include your transaction reference number (order number) and provide proof of the issue (image files should be kept under 1 MB).
We will gladly resend the correct item to you at no additional cost. You do not need to return the incorrect item—please keep it as a gift from us!
How do I know if my order went through successfully?
You will receive an email confirmation containing your order number and full purchase details.
I want to change the items in my order. What should I do?
Modifications to your order are permitted until 11:00 PM (PDT, GMT-7) on the same day the order was placed. Please reach out to us at service@wircare.com to request any changes.
How do I add items to my shopping cart?
To add items to your cart:

Go to the product page of the item you are interested in and select your preferred options. Click the "Add to Cart" button to be directed to your shopping cart page.

Enter your desired quantity in the "Quantity:" field next to the product image. Once entered, you can either continue shopping or proceed to checkout.
How can I view what is in my shopping cart?
To view your cart's contents, click the Cart icon at the top of the website. From this page, you can easily change the quantity of any item by updating the number listed. You can also delete items by clicking the "Remove" link at the bottom of the quantity list.
How do I remove items from my cart?
Click the Cart icon in the top right corner of your screen to view all items currently in your cart. Once you find the item you wish to delete, click the "Remove" link at the bottom of the quantity list. The item will automatically be removed, and the page will refresh to reflect your changes.
How do I change the quantity of a specific item in my cart?
Click the Cart icon in the top right corner of your screen to view your items and their selected quantities. To change a quantity, move your cursor to the "Quantity" field for that item and type in the new number. The quantity and total price will automatically update on the right side of the screen.

What payment options do you offer?

How do I pay with PayPal?

You will be redirected to the PayPal website. Please ensure your login and payment details are correct to guarantee fast, hassle-free processing.
How do I use a discount code?
To redeem a promo code, please follow these steps:

Locate the "Discount" field in the upper right corner of the page.

Enter your code and click "Apply." Verify that the discount has been successfully applied by checking the price breakdown below.

What is your cancellation policy?
