RETURN POLICY

At wircare.com, we pride ourselves on offering goods of the highest quality. If you are not absolutely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item in its original condition within 180 days of receipt. All original tags must still be attached. Once your returned product is received, we will process your refund back to your original payment method, or issue an exchange, within 7 business days.

⚠️ Please Note: All clearance and sale items marked as "Sale" are Final Sale and cannot be returned.

1. Request a Return

Please email us at service@wircare.com to request a return or exchange for your purchase.

2. Packaging

Securely pack the items you wish to return and include the original invoice. If you no longer have the original packaging, please follow USPS, UPS, or FedEx guidelines to pack your items securely.

3. Shipping

Affix your printed return shipping label onto the package and seal it securely. Make sure to cover or remove any previous shipping labels. Drop the package off at your nearest USPS, UPS, or FedEx location.

4. Exchanges, Store Credit, or Refunds

Once we receive your package, we will send you an email to confirm its arrival.

  • Full-priced items are eligible for an exchange, store credit, or a full refund within 7 days of our warehouse receiving the product.

  • Sale items (items purchased during a promotional period or from the sale section) are eligible for an exchange or store credit only, unless they are explicitly marked as Final Sale.

Additional Information & Fees

  • Return Shipping Costs: If the return is initiated by the customer, the customer is responsible for covering the return shipping fees. The exact cost will depend on the express carrier you choose.

  • Damaged or Incorrect Items: If the received merchandise is damaged, defective, or incorrect due to our error, the customer will not be responsible for any return shipping fees.

  • Order Cancellations: You may cancel your order at any time for a full refund, provided it has not yet been processed for shipment.
