When can I expect to receive my shipment?
All orders are processed and shipped from our warehouse within 5 business days of purchase. Delivery typically takes 10 to 20 business days from the shipment date, depending on carrier availability and your location.
Please note that shipping delays may occasionally occur if your package requires customs clearance or inspection, or if there are unexpected transit delays with the carrier. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

What are your shipping rates?
We offer a flat-rate express shipping fee of £4.99 to all destinations worldwide.
Which countries do you ship to?

How can I change my shipping address?
Address changes are only permitted until 11:00 PM (PDT, GMT-7) on the same day the order was placed. Please contact us immediately at service@wircare.com to request a correction.
Can I ship to an address that is different from my card's billing address?
Yes, you can absolutely ship to an address that differs from your billing address.
How is my order shipped?
Orders are shipped on standard business days, excluding public holidays. Any orders placed on a Saturday or Sunday will be processed and shipped on the following Monday.
